Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows would be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted based on the remaining appointment time. I understand that life happens.
